I have tried for the past 4-5 days in contacting an Agent to NO AVAIL regarding my bill! All calls are routed to OverSeas with NO UNDERSTANDING ... Dropped Chats or Transfering me to someone else, Overseas, again, with NO CLUE and Messing up my Bill!  I eventually went to Facebook and contacted Agents there - PROMISES MADE BY Agent then Next Agent OVER RODE THEM! I am NOT HAPPY!
