Bill to collections.....

I just received a bill from collections for $176 and it is fraudulent on comcast's behalf. I was charged a $110 early termination fee that was inaccurate. I was on a 24 month contract and terminated at 26 months. I talked to customer service 2 weeks ago and i was assured their supervisor would contact me. This is absurd that you would treat people this way. I do not know how to fix this situation
