Bill still being updated despite having already cancelled services

Hi, I put in a service cancellation request on August 3rd and had my services cancelled on August 29th. I have already returned all my equipment. However, my bill is still being updated and it says I owe $69.31 for the month of Sep 05, 2019 - Oct 04, 2019. I have spoken with two representatives already but nothing has changed.
