Someone from customer service please contact me. My bill just went up to $74.95
My previous bills have been 49.99. Please help me get my bill back down to where it was. If I have to pay more than $49.99 I will just go to Fios.
@jasonhgross Good luck, I just spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, talked to 4 different people, all for them to tell me they would do absolutely nothing. Be glad its only about $25. The rep who signed me up at walmart flat out lied to me about data limits/costs. They have gotten me for $160, I called, they said the issue was fixed, I paid the 160 and now my regular bill is up by $190. I will NEVER renew with these guys again. I would cancel now if I could afford the fee.
