Bill is higher, no explanation.

Just checked my bill and it’s gone up $40 from last month. Only had this account for two months, first two bills were correct, now it shows the monthly charge for the plan is way higher. Cannot get a live person on the phone to answer my questions or explain why they’ve changed the contract after two months. I think Xfinity is using the COVID thing to yank their customers around and then duck them until mid-May, or whenever they decide to start paying attention again.
