Bill increased by $30, no update or reason why. 

I can't chat or get a hold of support for help. 

Can someone from comcast please reach out?

Mine did too.  I have quad play and lost the $32/mo bundle discount somehow. I understand the issues surrounding the pandemic but even if you had a real service problem I am not sure how that would ever get solved having been completely shut off from contact with a human customer service person.
