Bill increased

During the COVID-19 response.  Comcast raised my bill by almost 25%.  What a great business partner you are and such a fine example for all to follow.

I doubt your rate was raised due to COVID-19. Could your promotion have expired? Did your contract end? Did you purchase PPV/OnDemand movies this last month? Have you done a side by side comparison of your previous month's bills and this latest bill to see what changed?
