I have contacted support TWICE to have this fixed, and the second time it was fixed back to my normal amount. But it still shows the wrong amount!
Are you in a contract? Is it possible that the promotion/contract expired? You should have a notice in your billing statement prior to any increase in your bill, so check the notes in your bill the month or two before the first time you were charged extra.
No, contract not expired. When I called they said my contract expires in 2022 (my service Just started in January !!). Guess I’ll be calling a THIRD time to have this fixed. Time to switch back to AT&T I think!
So, have you compared this bill with past bills to find out why you received this increase?
FWIW, if you cancel your service you'll have to pay early termination fees.
