Bill increase

I recently viewed my bill and noticed a significant increase. I have spent all morning trying to get ahold of a representitive as the automated system hasnt been able to answer anything. If someone could please reach out to me as it is becoming very frustrating.

It's possible that your promotion ended and you're now out of contract.  That's usually the reason for a spike in your bill.  Take this bill and compare it to a couple of your past bills.  Also read the notes on your billing statements because they usually will tell you of an increase a month or two before it happens.
