Bill increase

Dear comcast,

 

I have just received a bill which is shockingly around $20 more than my usual bill. I don't think that during pandemic it's fair to increase the bill for more than 25%. I wondr if there is a way to fix this?

Well then where do we go to get a new deal because ours went up $30 and I can't afford to ay that amount.
