I just received an increase in my monthly bill (normally $88 with fees) of $25. The only offers I've been given is for $59.99/month for regular networks + internet. With all fees, this comes to about $90 for much less service. Internet only is $78 + fees. I was quoted at triple play for $79.99 and with fees comes to almost $130.
There is a pandemic going on. Is this the right way to do business? I was never initially informed I was on a 2 year contract and would prefer to stay month to month at this time. Otherwise is $78 + fees really a fair internet package - during a pandemic of all things? I've currently set up to disconnect my service as I'll be moving to a different ISP if this isn't rectified. It's not my first choice but it's the best one for now.
