Bill increase

Hello, My account is under contract and my last bill increased unexpectedly - should have stayed same for the year. I have been trying to contact Xfinity - - chat, email or schedule an agent call back since mid-March with no success.  Can I please ask a non-bot my billing question?  Thank you
