Same thing happened to me. "Because Corona Virus," I can't visit a store, I haven't found a way to email them, and the chatbot goes in circles. I finally figured out some wording for a chatbot question that worked and the answer was: the terms of your special deal contract ended. They do this stuff every year and then I go to the store and ask what the new deals are and change plans to get the better deal. But this year, we're all staying at home, so I can't go until the stay at home cautions are lifted. The games they make you play are nuts, but I'm not sure other providers are much better. I feel sorry for anyone unaware of how these guys play ball, and what it takes to just stay even.
