Bill increase of 20$ within a month with no change in service

Decembers bill was 58$ than Jan bill was 64$ now March bill 80$ with no change in service at all. Could not get thru to customer service on the phone, they sent me to text but he could not answer why the fluctuation he said the 20 was taxes! My other bills the taxes were 5$ very confused

Same thing happened to me. "Because Corona Virus," I can't visit a store, I haven't found a way to email them, and the chatbot goes in circles. I finally figured out some wording for a chatbot question that worked and the answer was: the terms of your special deal contract ended. They do this stuff every year and then I go to the store and ask what the new deals are and change plans to get the better deal. But this year, we're all staying at home, so I can't go until the stay at home cautions are lifted. The games they make you play are nuts, but I'm not sure other providers are much better. I feel sorry for anyone unaware of how these guys play ball, and what it takes to just stay even.
