Bill increase and unable to talk with anyone at Comcast

It appears to me that Comcast is making a lot of money by increasing bills during the pandemic and then not being able to talk with anyone about why.  It's not right; Comcast is a huge company and there is no reason they cannot talk with people on the phone.  It should be illegal.

Your bill increased most likely because your promotion/contract expired and you're now on every day pricing for your package. Notices of increases are usually found on your billing statement a month or two before it happens. Take a couple of your past statements and compare them to your recent statement and you should see why there is an increase.

Does anyone know how to contact Comcast customer service? I'm only seeing ways to contact them via this forum, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook Messenger, and a chat robot. Do they have phone or email support?
