Bill has not been updated from my order confirmation on 5/12
When I activated my annual anniversity coupon deduction from my bill I noticed I am till being billed as under my old contract. As in the deduction was from that old bill amount When I access on my account under "my xfinity plan" page It shows the correct amount that I confirmed on the 12th. Of course the new contract I confirmed is at a lower cost. "What's up with that"
