I would like to speak to a representative to find out how I can lower my bill. It apparently has gone up because my contract expired. Can I get a new contract? I am extremely frustrated as there appears to be no way to contact an agent by phone or by chat. Chat does not work because my computer does not support voice and there does not seem to be a way to chat by typing. Please help!
In March, my bill for X-1 Double Play went from $134.99 to $163.00. April and May were also $163.00. It appears that up until March I was receiving a bundle discount of $28.01. Why did I stop getting it and how do I get it back?
Me too!!! No explanation either I do not think it was a trial run is was a bundle discount. ALSO they charged some weird prorated internet charge of 116.00 for me on May 15th see if they did that too you. You can't call customer service either!! What a load of BULL I am now paying 145.00 a month for internet only!
