Bill has increased

My monthly bill has increased again. Really need to reduce expences. Is there anyway to reduce costs without switching vendors?

Maybe getting a "group rate" from AT&T would be a possibility.  If only for one year guarantee, it may be well worth it. 

 

But whatever options we have, it must start with "group" backing.  <Edited>
