Bill Increased; Looking to Downgrade

My monthly bill went up by nearly 20$, which as a college student I can't really afford. My current bundle has cable and internet, so I would like to switch to a plan that just has internet since that is really all I use anyway. I'd appreciate some help in switching to a cheaper plan. Thanks!
