Bill Increase

My Bill increased by $25.00 from last month. Why did this happen. I relay on the interenet to work from home and don't understand the increase. We only had service at this location for 6 months. Why are they increasing the cost of service during stay at home order. Can't get an answer by phone or chat. Very frustrating.
