Bill? For Lon loyal customers?

Bill? For Lon loyal customers?

I have been with you for over 15 years. It seems like the longer I am a loyal customer the less I am taken care of? My bill continually goes up and is as much as a car payment now. There are eight and nine dollar charges the same hours for things I’m already paying for? I know you need to get new customers, but it would be nice to take care of the ones that you had for a long time!
