I moved to a new location in September and set up my Internet service with the Modem I've used for several years. Suddenly on my most recent bill there is an equipment rental charge for my modem. I called billing and was told they would escalate it to the equipment team and I would hear back within 10 days. I did not receive any communication and when I called back I was told the ticket was closed, and it had been determined that I have a comcast rental! Absolutely false! The matter was again esalated to the equipment team and I have little faith that it will be addressed appropriately. Help!
