I moved through xfinity easy move. So I am a EXISTING customer my service was turned off on 02/29/20 and was turn on 03/01/20 so I bidn't even have a day of interruption of service. So when I paid my bill I did not noticing that Xfinity was double charging me for my old address that they forgot to turn off the service! Once I notified them they still tried to charge me for the old address then I noticed they didn't even have my new address on my account. It told Xfinity a month and a half to fix the problem but with many phone calls from me but at no time did they even say sorry for there errors. But they were still going to charge me as a new customer when I was a EXISTING customer and that made no sense! Xfinity needs to fix my account or I will cancel my account and fill a complaint with the BBB for billing.
