Being billed the wrong amount

I was offered another promotion(same exact from last year which I was offered) through chat and now I found out that it was not applied on the bill. The agreement was on the 13th of May. The first day of said agreement to be go into effect is on the 23rd of May. The bill was generated on May 19. The agent said the actual bill is what I was promised. Now I myself won’t turn on autopay until they resolve the issue. Either I take the 30 day cancellation ETF free or I take action for breach of contract.
