Being billed for an IPAD that I never received (SCAM!)

I have been billed for an IPAD that I have not received.  I have called numerous times, have been transferred to ever

department have a list of ticket numbers and no responses or information.

I have a contract that I electronically signed for the IPAD, yet no one at Comcast seems to be able to help.

Why does Comcast think they can not fulfil a contract but thinks they can charge a cancellation fee if I want to break my contract?

Hi, Zone-1 - We are currently experiencing a backlog of iPad orders. Please send me a private message with  your full name, the account holder's name and address as it listed on the billing statement, a phone or an account number. I will check the status of you order. Thank you!

I’ve had exactly the same experience. Nobody at Comcast can tell me when my ipad will be shipped or delivered. Can’t believe they have no ability to track the status of my order internally.

I just wanted to give an update. The Xfinity forum staff have been wonderful, they actually kept in constant contact with me and I got my IPAD today! Thanks
