I have been billed for an IPAD that I have not received. I have called numerous times, have been transferred to ever
department have a list of ticket numbers and no responses or information.
I have a contract that I electronically signed for the IPAD, yet no one at Comcast seems to be able to help.
Why does Comcast think they can not fulfil a contract but thinks they can charge a cancellation fee if I want to break my contract?

I’ve had exactly the same experience. Nobody at Comcast can tell me when my ipad will be shipped or delivered. Can’t believe they have no ability to track the status of my order internally.
