When I first called to ask about an over charge , I was offered a changed plan . I agreed on condition the over charges of the past would be eliminated.I continued paying the monthly charges as before.

when that did not come through, I was told to wait one billing cycle. That did not come throuhg and i have so many charges I had not agreed to . I have been trying to get in touch with someone. for a month or more. Please correct my account so I can continue my payment

 Each time I would wait on the phone a long time to speak to some one . In the last two months , I cannot get in touch with any one
