BILLING HELP

My "contract" ran out and my bill has gone up $75! I cannot afford this. Internet connection has been really bad for the past 3 mos. April-May has gone up, I removed Starz,TMC, bill is now higher? I desperately need a plan that isnt so $$ please help?
