BILLING HELP- LOYAL CUSTOMER

Hello

Does anybody have suggestions how to lower my monthly bill? In the past I was able to speak with a retention specialist and get a nice affordable rate. I had to sign a 2 year contract. I would sign a 5 year contract. I currently pay over $200 a month. My special deal I paid a lot less. I am retired and TV is my only vice! No smoking, no drinking, or anything else!! I just wish Comcast would treat long term customers (more than 10 years-bills always paid on time)

Anxiously awaiting any ideas.....
