BILLED FOR NOTHING/BILLED EVEN WHEN TOLD I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED

I have been trying to speak with an agent for a month now. A MONTH. I get a machine no matter what I do and all the locations near me are closed because of Coronavirus. I have been charged for no reason and for something I was told THREE times by empoloyees that I would not be charged for. When I want my billing explained online it shows me that I owe $0 for everything then tells me the total I owe is $12 and I can't get ahold of a human being to explain this. I won't be paying a cent, this is RIDICULOUS. The worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. STILL HAVEN'T BEEN HELPED.

I have had the same thing happen to my bill. They specifically tell you that you will not be billed and then turn around and bill you. Do you train your employees to actually lie?
