Autopay not charging full bill. I have a late fee.

Autopay not charging full bill. I have a late fee.

I signed up for Autopay for the discount but it only paid for part of my bill for April. Now I have a late fee for something that was suppose to be automated. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to resolve this so it does not happen agian?
