I setup the autopay ever since I signed up for my internet service. It was a smooth sailing for a few months. But today I received my Nov. bill saying I didn't pay for my Oct. bill. However, my credit card was already charged for this amount. I called the customer server but no help. I have the proof that my credit card was charged. What can I do now?

I used the chat to open up a payment research ticket and was asked to fax the bank statement as the proof of payment. The fax number given was 503-617-1179 but however this number never picked up the fax.
I then chatted again twice with Comcast but no one knew what to do.
I did a google search and other people had the same issue before. Not sure what to do now.
