My billing recently increased. I'm seeking information on what options may be available for TV and Internet that would be lower cost than my current billing.
I went to local service center and it was closed with notice on door that they had moved. I went to new address and it was an Xfinity Retail Store in a strip mall. I had poor experience interacting with the staff at the store and was provided with incorrect information. This is very disappointing as my previous experience with staff at the Service Center was very good. I'm sad to see none of the staff from the service center working at the Retail Store.
I'm asking if I could communicate with a Comcast representative to determine what offers are available for service in my area. Expecting a better experience and outcome.
