Assistance Needed - Medical Necessity

Disabled veteran with services to be shut off on the 16th.  My VA doctor will not allow me to work although I will be recieving financial help from them soon. The issue is I need to be able to contact my doctor in the mean time; and I use voip to do so.  I am requesting to set up an automatic payment on the first of July.  Customer service line has been very rude to me, please help.
