After being a customer for 30 years, $360 monthly has become too much

Hello: We have been happy Comcast/Xfinity customers for 30+ years. Of course everyone knows rates have been going up steadily in recent years, but we can no longer afford it after the most recent hikes. I pay the bill on my own and am now disabled. TV is our main source of entertainment and contact with the world. I hope someone here can help me navigate the available options and come up with something we can afford, and hopefully maintain as much of our programming as possible. Thanks very much for your help.
