I am past due on my acct. On April 17th I made payment arrangements and was supposed to pay the remaing amount April 27th. The disconnected my services today and said that I don't have arrangements

Hi Beanno -- I can help with that arrangement. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will get your service restored and make an arrangement for 4/27.
