Hello, is it possible to put an account on hold? Due to Covid-19 I had to leave my primary residence and I will not be returning until shelter in place mandate is lifted. I unplugged the tv box and modem and am not using Xfinity services. Seasonal plan option does not apply because I expect to return in less than 90 days. It is possible to put an account on hold for a month? It seems unfair that customers are being expected to pay for services they are not using. Thank you.
