I stopped into an Xfinity store and asked them about reducing my bill.
They gave me a price a little lower than I was paying but said I should contact Customer Solutions to see if they could do better.
I called and was quoted a price HIGHER than I was paying.
Told me that is the best that I could do even if I went to an Xfinity Store.
Nothing like being told you are lying.
I feel like they just slapped me in the face and kicked me.
I am so angry I am considering cancelling everything.
