$70 technician charge for Comcast Nationwide Outage - that comcast decided to send out
On June 29th, 2018, Comcase has a nationwide outage (https://www.cnbc.com/2018/06/29/comcast-says-customers-nationwide-are-experiencing-a-service-interru...) that impacted my service for 24 hours. I called by phone and they could not get it solve. Comcast scheduled us a tech to come fix it. Now I am getting charged for a $70 tech fee plus taxes. I called customer services, the supervisor rep Carla kept saying this is a valid fee when she cannot explain to me how this is my problem when the service was impacted that Comast created to begin with! It doesn't even make sense and this is a total setup!
