I have been thru text chat and voice call concerning a dispute for a $70 service charge that I had no repair done with. Who do I contact to continue this dispute with my billing? Ive never been charged for a service call and had I know the visit was a "charged" visit I never wold have scheduled it since I already knew the issue was with my Tv.
