I understand how the tech at home works I just believe $70 charge is way too high to fix something they could’ve told You over the phone. And if I’m a new customer then it’s ok to charge it but there is no loyalty perks with xfinity. Please have this fix to keep customers.
Wow! I had the same problem as you and xfinity came out connected the cable at the pole for no charge. No wait I did have to pay for an ear as the poor guy cursed out my mother's direct TV service. When it was put in they disconnected the coax cable wire when they shouldn't have. Best money I ever spent, 😂
