I recently signed up for internet service. Purchased my own modem and did the self install. After an over the phone technician couldn’t not reach my modem a service tech was sent out to fix my problem. The service tech found that the cable from the pole needed to be replaced. Why am I being charged with an in home service installation of $60 when it’s the cable coming to the house was the problem.
