4th attempt to get help with new promotion - no reply yet

I've been a Comcast/xfiinity customer for 16 years. The last promotion I had expired 2 months ago, but customer service on the phone says I have to give up something to keep the same price. I think it was "ComcastMartin" who was able to help me a couple of years ago.  Thanks.
