$40 credit then $40 charge??

$40 credit then $40 charge??

There was a $40 credit on my account last month. I paid the balance due. Today there was $40 drafted out of my bank account without any kind of notification or explaination. I was set up for automatic payments but I stopped them for now. I log into my xfinity account and there is another $40 credit on my bill. I called customer service but the person on the other line spoke very broken English and all I got was it had something to do with overages, which is fine but I want a clear explaination. I also do not want my bank account drafted for fees without being notified.
