$30 increase on latest bill

$30 increase on latest bill

I was shocked to receive a $30 increase on my latest statement.  I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income, so this increase is a problem for me.  I do not need or watch all 260 channels in my plan.  I would appreciate help in changing my plan and lowering my costs. Thank you.
