I received an offer for $29/month 1Y Performance Internet Plus in my mail (see picture). This was addressed to my current home address, not door to door without an address.
When I called to subscribe as a new customer, I was only offered a $39/month 1Y Performance Plus contract, or a $29/month 2Y Performance Plus Internet contract.
I understand that these prices do not include the $10/month charge for the router or taxes.
Why can't I just get the package that I was offered by mail?
In the end I took the $39 offer because I needed internet, but I am still within my first 30 days, so if this doesn't resolve itself I'll just send everything back.
