I have been a loyal Comcast customer for over 10 years. I have put up with poor service, faulty equipment, outages too many times to count, and many other issues. Yet I keep paying my bill on time and all I seem to get higher and higher bills. What can be done to keep a loyal customer...? $215 per month is way too high. I would hope Comcast would want to keep their customers and keep them happy. Please Help before another loyal customer is lost. Thank You.
