2 year contract, bill increased?

2 year contract, bill increased?

I was looking over our budget and noticed we are paying about 30 more each month for comcast. We are in the 2nd year of a 2 year contract (that I was not told was a 2 year contract when I did this plan, but that is another issue) I can't find anything that says they can increase the bundle price within the contract period. Has this happened to anyone else?

1 month after start of two yr contract bill   increased.

called comcast  handed off to 3 different people third one hung up on me.

We signed on for the 2 year "contract" as well.  The first 4 months, it was what they told us.  Then, suddenly, this price jumped by a few dollars.  I was told there was a "fee" increase on the rental boxes.  I tried to tell them, THAT was not my fault, that I was quoted for a set price for ONE year, then after that, the bill would go up.....which I was fine with.  I have contacted comcast and even spoke with a manager that actually told me "there is NO contract"?????   Then why did I have to "agree" to it then????  I love their internet, and have always loved their cable, but if they keep doing this every few months, I'll drop them all together and go with Direct TV or Dish., so apparently, this DOES happen to other people Smiley Sad
