13+ years continuous Comcast/Xfinity customer - Promotional Rate Question

I've been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for 13+ years. My latest 1 year promotional rate is expiring early June and I'd like to discuss extending my current terms. My work location doesn't provide voice privacy or chat capability (behind a great big DoD firewall). Is there a Comcast/Xfinity rep I could PM to dicuss the continuation of my current agreement?
