$10 discount for autopay and paperless billing not on account

$10 discount for autopay and paperless billing not on account

I already had paperless billing on my account and found out In January, from customer service, that if I added autopay too I’d automatically get a $10 discount. As of today, it’s been three bill cycles and no discount has been applied to my account. Do I need to call again?

It will probably show up on your next billing statement.
