Is anyone having issues with the password/user id not being valid? Reset password two times and i can get in to the comcast page after resetting password but the user id / password are not recognized on the apps on the ipad or other laptop.

I pulled up your account & do not see active Xfinity Home service on your account. The Xfinity Home app is only for active subscribers of this service. This would be the source of the sign in error.

I pulled up your billing history & don't see Xfinity Home service. Have you had the system installed in your home?
